Q.

Vitamins

My children (daughter 13yrs /son 8yrs) do not really eat much fruit and veg and are very active in sports at school. With all the vitamins and mineral on the shelves now days, it all gets too confusing. What would you reccommend?

My Daughter is ADHD and is on Conserta

Both your children would benefit a lot from taking a good Omega3 supplement. Any of the good brands are OK and the dose is one 1000mg capsule a day.A good multivitamin is also recommneded such as Pharmaton once daily.
