Hello doc!

I know I am probably going to be judged..
My 2y2month little girl gets sick VERY quickly! She has already been on 2 antibiotics this winter, so I think I am now overdosing her with vitamins....
It seems to be working as she only has a runny nose and it has not gotten worse as it normally does....
At the moment she is getting Gummi Vites, Spirulina, Vitamin C, Viral Guard, and Zinplex each morning....
What would you recommend??

Thank you so much for all your advice!!!
I really enjoy reading your forum when I have a moment!

O, and my baby is now 3 months old and will start creche soon, what would you recommend I give him as an immune booster?
I am still only breastfeeding, but will start introducing formula soon, is S26 Gold good enough??

Thanks again!!

It is possible to give too much of the fat soluble vitamins which are Vitamins A and D. These vitamins are stored in your child's liver. In particular too much Vitamin A can cause side effects. So you do not want to give your little girl 2 lots of multivitamins containing Vitamin A. So stop the Gummy vites. You can give all the other supplements which each have their own particular benefits for your little girl.
The best immune booster for your baby would be a probiotic such as Reuteri infant drops 5 drops daily for 10 days per month.
