Vitamins

I would like to know what is the best vitamins to give my 3 and 5 year olds? Can I give them the chewable Vitamin C (Natrodale) even if not stated as a children''s one?

If you want to give your children vitamin supplements then you should give them a children's multivitamin rather than just vitamin C.They can both have a chewable multivitamin tablet daily. Speak to your pharmacist.
