Q.

Vitamin supplement or not?

My baby was born prematurely 3 and half months ago at 32 weeks and 5 days, she was healthy. Nothing was wrong with her lungs or her health. About 5 days before she left the NICU her pediatrician prescribed Vi-Daylin multivitamin for her 3 times a week.
She was fully on breastmilk up to now, but she will be going to a daycare centre from 1 July. The daycare mother insisted that I keep her on the multivitamin because of all the bacteria between all the children.
Should I continue with it and should it be daily or 3 times a week?
Thank you

It is a good idea to continue giving your baby Vidaylin syrup once daily through the winter months of this year.
