VITAMIN DURING BREASTFEEDING

I AM 37 WEEKS PREGNANT AND ON MAXIVIT TABS - CAN I CONTINUE WITH THAT WHEN BREASTFEEDING THE BABY?

You really do not need to take vitamins while breastfeeding if you eat a good diet. If you prefer to continue taking a vitamin supplement then the only concern is the high vitamin A content of this supplement.I cannot find a definite level for Vitamin A in Maxivit but it seems to be 5000 units which would be considered too high for a breast feeding mother to take.
