It is not usual for a little girl of your daughter's age to be so tired after school every day. It is important to make sure that she does not have an iron-deficiency anaemia or an illness such as glandular fever. It would be best to ask your paediatrician to see your little girl.

Is she not perhaps too young for grade RR, as far as i am aware, she should be 4 turning 5 in RR, 5 turning 6 in R and perhaps all the " bigger kid"  activities are simply wearing her out and maybe frustrating her cause they are a little advanced for her?
