Be patient, many babies, especially baby boys it seems, do not like to eat their vegetables. As long as he is healthy and growing well there is no need for concern. Try him on butternut and pumpkin and sweet potato again from time to time and make sure that all vegetables you try to feed him are finely mashed or pureed. With time he will eat more and more vegetables but it may take a while.
