Q.

vegetables

my son he is 18mnths old when can i introduce vegetables and fruits to him and which ones will be suitable also do i have to add anything on them when cooking,as im still feeding him purity cream of maize original twice a day,Nan one -two bottles a day.I would like to know if im on track

You could have introduced vegetables into your son's diet well before now. He should certainly be on a much wider diet at the age of 18 months than he is getting. So you can rapidly start introducing all sorts of vegtables and fruit and chicken and fish.He will have most of his teeth by now so you do not need to mash his food up, just cut it up for him.He also does not need to be on NAN now. He can be on regular full cream milk.
