Q.

Valgus ankles?

I suspect that my 8 month old grandchild may have valgus ankles, especially on one foot.
(One of my children had this condition and it was corrected with footwear and physio).
He spends a lot of time in a walking ring and does not yet crawl. I do not want to alarm the parents unnecessarily. When is it time to do something about this condition? Or do younger babies'  feet just look like this? I don' t remember!

This is probably normal, his paediatrician would have noticed if his feet were abnormal. The only concern I have is that your grandson is walking in a walking ring at his age. These devices are unnecessary and may even be dangerous.
