Q.

VAGINAL INFECTION 3 1/2 YEAR OLD

I SUSPECT MY DAUGHTER HAS SOME KIND OF INFECTION AS THERE IS A DISCHARGE ( NOT SMELLY) SHOWING IN HER UNDERWEAR AND THERE IS SOME REDNESS ON HER PRIVATES SHE ALSO COMPLAINS THAT IT ITCHES. I SUSPECT BUBBLE BATH TO BE THE CAUSE. IS THERE SOMETHING I CAN GET AT THE PHARMACY OR DO WE NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR? I HAVE UPPED HER PROBIOTIC INTAKE AND STOPPED THE BUBLES.

You have done the 2 most important things to start with, namely stopping bubble baths and giving your daughter a probiotic. The rash and infection are probably due to a candida infection. Apply Nystatin cream three times a day to her vaginal area until the rash and discharge clear up.
