Q.

Vaccines

Hi again

You mentioned that I should take my baby back to the clinic in the event the lump on his thigh becomes red &  swollen. The lump is hard, swollen &  red. I have taken him to our local GP, he said that if the lump does not come down, it' s probably an apsis &  he will have to cut it out. My son is 2 months old, is it necessary to cut it out, I feel he is too small for this.

Regards

This is probably an abscess and must be drained if it is one. Your doctor will treat this abscess.
