The best way of treating your son's very blocked nose is to use saline nose drops or spray twice daily. Sterimar spray is usually very effective for this.Nebulising your son with saline will also be of great benefit. Do not use plain water as this will aggravate his symptoms. Ask your pharmacist for normal saline to use in the nebuliser. Nebulise your son twice daily with this special saline solution.
