Childhood Diseases

Prof, my daughter is in creche all day - she is 2. She seems happy and they are really nice and it is very proffessional, She is reaching all her milestones and seems content. The only thing that worries me is that when we get home at around17h15 she wants to be up and on my hip or very close to me for the rest of the evening. She is like an adorable little monkey that always wants to me " on"  mom. We are very affectionate with her so she loves hugs and kisses and she gets loads of attention (maybe too much as our lives revolve around her) so it isnt that. Do you think she just misses me wants that attention when she gets home or is there something strange about this.

This is perfectly normal and loving behaviour. Your little daughter may have some mild separation anxiety but it would be wrong to read too much into her behaviour.Enjoy the hugs and kisses and continue to be a loving and happy family. Children grow up before you know it.
