Q.

underarm odour

My baby has a particular underarm smell.It started when she was 4 and now she is 7 and still has the same problem. Im afraid to start using any perspirants on her as they may affect her.Is there anything that i can do thats harmless?

Are you talking about a baby or a young girl. If she has underarm odour this is an early sign of the onset of puberty. As she is only 7 years old she is very young for this, so she may be developing what is called precocious puberty. It is best to see your doctor just to be sure that there is no need for concern.
