Unbalanced 12 month baby

My 12months daughter was born when I was 37years old. At birth she had yellowjuandice and went into a sugar coma.
She has grown good but I am worried becuase she is 12 months, do not respond to you immediately when you call on her. She shows no eagerness to crawl or to lift herself up againsts furniture, etc. She always get throut and ear infections and are to scared to walk which she do while keeping her hand. She is unbalanced now when sitting and she do not want to walk. She cries and just want to be in the arms.
My 11 year old boy was totally the oppsite at was she is. Why?

Please I seek for advice.
Kind regards

I am concerned about at least two things with your little baby's development. You have set out your main concerns very well. To start with she was jaundiced and had a low sugar level. Now she is slow to respond when you call her.She seems to fall over when she is sitting. I am not so concerned that she is not crawling yet as many babies skip the crawling stage altogether and simply start walking. She is still a bit young for you to be concerned about her walking so do not worry about this now.The main questions are: can she hear normally and is her development to date as expected? She should be seen by a paediatrician who needs to do a full developmental assessment on your baby and should also make sure about her hearing.
