Q.

Too much milk

Hi there,

My son will be 1 next week. He hates eating porridge, I have tried all the cereals and he will not budge. His eating habbits differ, some days he will eat well &  the next day hardly anything. He drinks alot of milk though and also has fruit in between the day and has some juice &  water.

Should I change his milk formula when he turns a year old? Also he drinks sometimes 2 or 3 bottles between his sleep at night.

Thanks for always helping us.

Regards
Charlene

You are welcome. It is time to change over to a growth formula such as Nido or Parmalat First growth milk or to regular full cream cow's milk. Always offer your baby son his solids first before his bottle. He does not need more than 720ml of milk a day from now on.
