Paediatrician

Your son may have a post nasal drip as a result of some remaining swelling in the place where his adenoids were removed. This often takes at least 2 weeks to settle down. Use Salex nose drops twice daily to keep his nose as clear as possible. If he continues to cough after another 5 days he should be seen by his paediatrician.
