Q.

Tonsils

Hi

My LB (will be 3yr in DEC) was sick on Friday and the Dr was concerned as he gets sick to often with his throat. He suggested we see an ENT to check out his TONSILS.
He did however mention that they only recommed a child from 4yrs for their TONSILS to be removed.

Please advise.

This is not correct. Children as young as 2 years who need to have their tonsils removed can have the operation if it is indeed necessary. You should take your son to be seen by an ENT specialist.
