Q.

Tonsillitis

Hi Dr
I posted below about my LO' s fourth tonsillitis infection this year. He is doing much better and his fever has finally settled. Thank you for your response.
I will take him back to the paed once his antiobiotic course is finished for a follow up and to make sure that all the infection has cleared.

I wanted to know if having acid reflux could make my LO more prone to throat infections like tonsillits?
Thanks again for your help.

Reflux will not make your son more likely to develop tonsillitis.I am pleased that your son is now getting better.
