Tofranil is an anti-depressant for adults which is sometimes used in older children [over 6 years] for bedwetting.I would not recommend giving this medicine to your son. You must find the reason why your son cannot sleep such as does he have a blocked nose or is he on any medication which may be keeping him awake? Please ask your paediatrician to see him.
