Toddler with vomitting, tummy cramps,and

Hi, my three year old son has been coughing for three weeks. The GP gave him cough med but it only made him worse- he now has so much phlem on his chest that he vomits when he coughs. He has also been complaining of tummy cramps cause he ate an expired yoghurt. He does not have a runny tummy but just sore tummy and is very very weak and does not want to eat anything.
What can I give him?

Your son has an illness which mimics whooping cough. It is called parapertussis or whooping cough syndrome. Please take him to see a paediatrician.
