Toddler not eaten for 4 days - Worried

Hi, my daughter is 20mths. She is not eating, and has not eaten anything really solid since Saturday(4-5 days). She vomited Friday night and again this morning, but besides that there does not seem to be anything wrong with her, she has however been a bit lethargic in the day. We have tried offering her everything including the food that she loves like Ice cream and even that is not enough to tempt her to eat! She' s still drinking however, we have her on Nido growing up milk(200ml) and she still enjoys water - Is this enough to sustain her?? How long should we wait before seeking medical help?? Is there need for concern?? Please any advice will help...
Thank You!

Your daughter may have a tonsil infection. It would be best for her to be seen by her doctor or paediatrician.
