Q.

Toddler multivits

Hi

My baby is 16 months old. I am not sure if he is getting all the necessary vitamins from the food he is eating. He eats well though and is of average weight. Would you suggest that I start a multivitamin supplement just to make sure he is getting all the nutrients he should be? If so, which multivit would you recommend?

If your little toddler is well and is growing well and eats a healthy diet there is no need to give him any extra vitamins.
