I would like to advise you as to what you can do about your little girl's sore ear, but she does need to be seen by a doctor or nurse. Can you take her to your nearest state clinic tomorrow morning where she can be seen free or for a very small payment. In the meantime continue with the Panado for her pain and keep her nose clear by using salt water nose drops such as Salex at least twice daily.

You''ll need to take her to see a doctor - you local state hospital or town clinic is free.
