Q.

Third Nipple removal?

My daughter inhereted a third nipple from her dad. It is on the " milk line"  just below her right breast. Do I leave the nipple or is it better to remove it before puberty? What happens to a extra nipple in puberty. Will she develop another breast?

An extra nipple is very common and often occurs in families. In most cases the extra nipple becomes less and less noticeable with time and ends up looking like a small freckle.Your daughter will not end up with an extra breast.
