Temporary Squint in Eye after sleep

Hello, when my 4 year old woke up this afternoon from his nap I noticed his one eye was looking outward. It was only for a few seconds, probably not more than 10 but it is the second time I have noticed this. The first was about 3 months ago. You can see he is sort of confused when this happens, blink and rubbing his eyes and then it comes right. Should I get it checked out and by whom?
