temperature 37.7 degrees

should i be worried about my son' s temperature, he is 2yrs old and he has been fluewy since sunday, his nose has been running and stuffy, hot and just not very active, but i have been giving him dimetapp, panado and pholtex for his cough and monday he was fine, took him to creche today and was called to come fetch him since he was very hot, i have been giving him dimetapp every 4hrs and now just checked his temp. and its 37.7 and he is kind of quiet and not active should i take him to a doctor

please help

Your son appears to have a bad cold. His fever is not particularly high. Do not use Dimetapp or Pholtex. You can use Panado and Salex nose drops to clear your son's nose.As this is a viral illness he will get better without using antibiotics.
