Teeting &  stomach

Dear Doc. 2 questions for you today, my son is 18 months old. He has his top front 4 and bottom middle 4 teeth, these come quickly over 7 months ago. When can I expect the others to appear? Also I find that over the past 3 days he has lost his appetite. He is having hard poo''s again (which he has suffered with for months), he cries so &  only a small ball comes out sometimes with blood. He just wants his milk (Parmalot first growth) He was like this a while ago but it went away, I’ m scared that he is not eating enough. Although they say at creche he does. Please can you give me some advice?

Teething in children can be very variable as you can see with your son. Some children only get all their teeth by 33 months.Your son is very constipated. He may benefit by changing to regular full cream cow's milk insted of the Parmalat milk. See that he eats lots of fruit, fibre rich food and drinks lots of water. He can also have dilute fruit juice at least once daily.
