Teething baby with bronchitis refusing her bottle

My baby is 7 m old is teething and was diagnosed with bronchitis by a pead yesterday. She was giving Oroloz, a nasal spray + something for pain and fever. She had her last bottle at 2 pm yesterday, she refused her evening bottle and only had 100 ml at 4am this morning. Up to now, she has refused her bottle. I' m scared of dehydration, how can I get her to drink and what could be the cause of it?

The most common cause for your baby not drinking when she has a chest infection such as brochiolitis may be due to her being short of breath. Another cause is having a very blocked nose. If she is breathing rapidly and appears short of breath please take her back to the doctor or go to an emergency clinic for attention ASAP.If she does not seem to be distressed but her nose is blocked use Salex nose drops twice a day to clear her nose.
