Q.

Teething

I have twins which were born prematurely. They are well and chirpy. They are a year old and they only have the bottom two teeth. Is that normal or should I worry?

This is very common. Your babies are a bit slow with their teething, but the rest of their teeth will come through.

I have many friends who''s babies only started getting teeth after a year, some get their first teeth at 6 months and other babies take months longer to get theirs. From my experience there is nothing to worry about. You will see they will soon have a lot more teeth!
