Please advise what the youngest age that a baby can start teething and what are the signs.

Babies usually start showing the first symptoms of teething at about 4 months. Babies will start putting their hands in the mouth and appear to be biting or chewing the hands. Dribbling is another early sign.Changes in sleep patterns especially difficulty in falling asleep or waking shortly after falling asleep is another sign.
