hi dr hope u well. my soon to be 6 month old is biting on everything he' s gums are looking a bit sensitive and he at times doesn' t even finish his milk- i apply vidol in day and teejel at night- is there anything i can give him like a piece of fruit in A safe eating net that can help with the issue of either his hands constantly in his mouth or actually anything he finds being rubbed against his gums, he doesn' t seem to have any runny tummy or other symptoms besides a mild temperature.

Your baby is certainly teething. You are doing the correct thing. Apply a little Pansoral gel to his gums especially the lower gums. I am worried about your baby choking on any firm food so dont try this.

I 2nd that, Biltong is the only thing that helped my little one through......

You get special Teething Biltong from most Biltong shops.

give him a piece of biltong to chew on, flattened a bit, scrape off the spices, just keep a bottle of tea or something to drink near, he will get thirsty from all the thewing.
