Teeth grinding

hi Doc, pls help, my 3 yrs old has started grinding his teeth when he is sleeping, what could be the cause of this? and how do we treat it?

This is very common in young children and very difficult to stop.The habit may start as a result of stress but this is certainly not always the case. The habit may last for several years but always disappears by the time that children start getting their permanent teeth.Try giving your son Rescue Remedy for a few nights and see if this helps.
