Q.

teeth

my son is 4 and his teeth are almost finished, i went to see a dentist but he advised me to take them all out but i dont agree im scared of complications, bleeding and sorts, GP advised me the cause was a milk bottle but his bottles was always Sterilised , should i wait until they come out themselves without forcing them out. please advise

This is actually a difficult question because the milk teeth are important as stimulant for the permanent teeth to come through when your child is about 7 years old.However, his teeth seem to be in a serious state of decay and it would probably be best for his health to have them removed. Once his teeth are out his gums will heal well.
