Doc can my child be allergic to swimming pools? Since the swimming season he started having a bad runny nose, and terrible post nasal drip and ear ache?

It is certainly possible that your son is allergic to the chlorine in your pool. Chlorine can really irritate the sensitive mucous membrane lining of the nose and start off symptoms such as your son has.You can try him on soothing nosedrops such as Chamiflor after swimming.Use ear plugs in his ears when he swims.
