sweats

hi,
i noticed since he was a few weeks old that my 2months + baby boy breaks out in sweat on his forehead especially when he sucks(breast),even with the AC on and a cool room.could this be a problem? also, i noticed a cluster of reddish rashes on his neck yesterday,i used an antifungal cream and its clearing up,i need to know if its safe to use such cream on a young baby.

This kind of sweating in young babies is normal and there is no need for concern. The rash you describe is called milia and is one of the transient or temporary rashes seen in young babies. It is thought to be due to a hormonal change at this age.No treatment is needed and the rash will clear by itself.
