Sweating baby

My daughter has just turned 1, she''s quiet a big baby, at 11 months she weighed 13kg. Since she started learning to walk, she''s sweating a lot, she even sweats on her arms.
She was a bit feverish last week, runny nose and a slight cough, i gave her Demazin and a cough mixture. she''s much better now, eating very well could the sweating be caused by the medicatio? as the two happened at the same time (walking and flu).
Should i be concerned about this sweating, she''s a very active baby i must add.

Thanx Doc

This is probably normal in your baby as she does not have a fever. Many babies of this age may sweat a lot while their temperature control system is maturing and developing. This tends to happen more often with bigger babies.Your baby's excessive sweating will disappear by itself as she gets a little older.

Hi doc, My lg is 5months old and was put on cows milk by his Paed about 2 months ago because by his 3rd month we were on 6 diffirent types of formula all of which did not agree with him. I give him Vidalin with Iron every day. He is sweating alot and went from sleeping very well as a newborn to not sleeping at all. Can this be a sign of iron deficiency?
Thanx Doc
