Hi again Doc
My daughter had a nasty fall at creche and it left a head wound about 1cm long on her head. The doc inserted one surgical staple without any anesthetic... so you saying that this is not the norm....what should I do? Should I report him or what?

I have not heard of surgical staples being used to close a head wound in a child and certainly not without using a local anaesthetic. You should discuss this matter with the doctor first and then decide on your response.
