Q.

Substitute for diary

Hi there

My 18 month old has been diagnosed with a diary allergy. So no more full cream milk, yogurt, cheese, chocolate or ice cream.

he used to drink full cream milk, so what can I use to substitute it with?
Soya milk for babies? Or soya milk I find in the supermarkets?
Someone said I can use goats milk?

Please advise

THanks

Do not use Goats milk. Regular soya milk is quite suitable for your toddler now provided he is on a varied diet and eats adequiate protein. He will need to take a calcium supplement.
