Stuffy nose and vomitting

Hi there

My LG is 22 months old, on Sunday it was very windy where we stay and spent most of the afternoon running outside - I knew it would make her sick but it was impossible to keep her inside.

Well Monday morning she woke up with a runny nose - then it clogged up and now this morning it' s gotten thicker and bright green in colour. She is struggling to breath. Then this morning gave her, her morning milk and she brought it up, I then gave her black rooibos tea and she brought that up as well.

She has no fever - what could it be? I originally thought it might be all the snot making her nauseous but I' m not sure???

Yes you are probably correct, it is her blocked nose that is causing these problems. You need to clear your little girl's nose by using Salex nose drops at least twice a day until her nose is nice and clear again.

My son had the same a few days ago. The doctor said it was gastro and gave me meds. It didn' t work and after that he started having very loose stools along with the vomiting. It ended up being diarrhea. I gave him Natura' s Diarrho and Coryx for the runny nose and Rihidrat. No problems after about 3 days.
