Q.

Strong smelling urine

The morning nappy of my son (almost 3years old) smells very bad - almost like fish. Sometimes his poo also smells like fish. I can' t think of anything in his diet that can cause this. He isn' t on any supplement or medicine either. Could there be a problem?

This is probably quite normal. You are smelling the ammonia in the urine which normally occurs once the urine is exposed to air for a while.
