You must be sure that your little girl does not become dehydrated as a result of her diarrhoea and also her recent vomiting. She is not taking in enough fluid. Give her frequent sips of a Rehidrat solution. She will need to drink 200ml of the Rehidrat after each watery stool that she passes. If her diarrhoea is still a problem after 24 hours you will need to take her back to the doctor.
