Make sure that your son drinks plenty of water every day and also eats lots of fresh fruit and eats food that has lots of fibre such as wholewheat bread and Weetbix for example. Then give him Duphalac liquid 10ml twice a day for 7days. This should help him a lot. If he continues to complain about tummy ache and remains constipated he should be seen by his doctor.
