Paediatrician

The question here really is why does your child have underarm odour and sweat so much at such a young age? This is usually a sign of early puberty. As your son is only 4 years old,he should not have underarm odour now and this is regarded as too early or ''precocious puberty''. Your son should be seen and tested by a paediatrician.
