Q.

Starting Solids

Morning

If I start my 4 month old baby on solids in the morning (suggested by her paed), could this cause upsets at night and make her stop sleeping nicely?
She is 6.7kg.

This should not interfere with your baby's sleeping at night. She may be hungry at night so you probably need to give her solids in the evening as well.

Hi
I started giving my baby solids on 4 months (2 weeks ago) and since then he wakes up around 2am - he used to sleep till 4am... I really don''t know what to do anymore... Everyone said that he is going to sleep even better when on solids...
Hope in your case your baby sleeps better.
Good luck!
