Starting creche in Winter

My daughter will be 2 next month. I have had some trouble with her nanny and would like to get her into a creche as soon as possible. everyone is warning me against this idea as they say that creche's are full of germs in winter.

Is it a bad idea to start her at a creche now? Should I wait until spring?

Please advise. Thank you

It would not be in your child's health interests to start her in a creche now. It would be worth waiting until the beginning of next year if you can arrange this.
