A baby of 6 months is usually not able to stand so if you pull her up and try and get her to stand she will be unable to do so.I am sure that you do not need to worry if her legs appear 'wobbly' now. I am concerned about the length of time that she had a convulsion. Are you certain that the convulsion lasted 14 hours? It would be best to have her assessed by a paediatric neurologist just to be sure that all is well with her now.
