Q.

Stammering two yr old

Hi Doctor,

My two year old started to stammer about a month ago, at first we thought that it was just a stage and she will pass throught it but it is progressing.

Pls can you advice whethter to take her to a paeditrician or to a speech therapist.

This is a very common complaint. The stammer is usually very temporary in nature and disappears completely by itself. If your little daughter still has a stammer in 6 months time you should see a speech therapist for an opinion.
