Q.

Spots/rash on child cheeks

my son is now 13 months old and he always has these little spots/pimples that look like a type of rash, i firsth though it could be of the heat but even on days where it''s cold does he still have them, What are they and how can i get rid of it?

It is difficult to be sure about your son's rash without being able to see him. He may have a mild form of eczema which often starts on the cheeks in babies of this age. Another possibility is infantile acne which is a temporary problem. Try a mild moisturiser on his cheeks after bathing him, Epimax Junior is usually very effective.If his skin clears up then he probably has mild eczema. If it does not clear he should be seen by his doctor so that a proper diagnosis can be made.
