Spots/rash on child cheeks

my son is now 13 months old and he always has these little spots/pimples that look like a type of rash, i firsth though it could be of the heat but even on days where it''s cold does he still have them, What are they and how can i get rid of it?

First try Acne Plus from Natura. I''ve used it for baby acne on all 3 of my sons and it works fantastically!

Hi Janine, my daughter had also something similar - the Paed told us it is a type of ezcema, she gave us cream which we had to apply daily and within a couple of months it dissapeared... I always keep a jar of that cream on hand as every now and then it flares up! Hope it gets sorted!
